Fees

We believe our rates to be the most competitive in South West Scotland and can be as much as 50% lower than our nearist competitors.

As Architectural Technicians we are not bound by professional body fee scales. This means that we can produce equivalent working drawings suitable for Planning and Building Warrant applications at a fraction of the cost of an RIBA Architect for example.
